Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC)(NYSE:DEC) has closed an innovative transaction to unlock additional value from its asset base, enhance liquidity, and reduce leverage. The Transaction involved the sale of producing assets in Appalachia to a Special Purpose Vehicle, generating proceeds of approximately $200 million.
