ESPG, a real estate company specializing in science parks, has signed a lease agreement with the German Aerospace Center DLR for the BLUECIRCLE Science Park in Würselen, marking a new era for aerospace research. DLR will focus on electric flying and urban mobility, promoting environmentally friendly technologies for the future of air transport. ESPG's portfolio already includes 16 science parks across Europe, with a total area of 126,000 square meters and a balance sheet value of around 244 million euros. -
