Health PEI has signed a new contract with Cloud DX, a leading provider of virtual care and remote patient monitoring platforms, to deploy Connected Health™ for primary care, home care, and rehabilitation. This deployment, valued at $1,340,000 CAD, will support 300 new patients annually and aims to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs for the province. Cloud DX is now the sole vendor of Remote Patient Monitoring services under 4 Provincial-level agreements, including Health PEI.
