Indiana State Fairgrounds Unveils Beynon Sports Portable Banked Track
The Indiana State Fairgrounds' new Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion, is set to become a premier venue for elite track and field competitions, following the installation of a custom-built, 200-meter portable banked running track from Beynon Sports. This $50 million renovation project has transformed the pavilion into a state-of-the-art facility, equipped to host local, regional, national, and international events. The inaugural track and field event, the Butler Invitational, marked the beginning of a new chapter in the venue's rich history, as it continues to uphold a strong sports presence that has endured for almost a century. Beynon's cutting-edge track design, developed in collaboration with Weems Engineering LLC, ensures that the venue meets the specific needs of a wide variety of events, while preserving the historic character of its facilities.
