Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie
The Regional Mutual Agricultural Credit Bank Brie Picardie announced the completion of various share buybacks between January 26 and 30, 2026. In accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation, these transactions are intended to cancel the repurchased shares.
During this period, a total of 13,078 shares were acquired on the Paris market (XPAR), for a daily weighted average price ranging from EUR 29.403589 to EUR 30.182037.
Each transaction was carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux SA. These movements reflect Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie's capital management strategy, which aims to optimize the financial structure by reducing the number of shares outstanding.
