BENETEAU's half-yearly liquidity contract review as of June 30, 2026

As of June 30, 2026, BENETEAU's cash account showed a balance of 6,805 shares and €1,803,064. During the first half of the year, 469,851 shares were purchased for €3,490,590.56, while 463,046 shares were sold for €3,439,301.70.
As a reminder, on December 31, 2025, the account held no securities but had a balance of €1,854,353. Management of the contract has been transferred to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA, without affecting the terms of the contract or the resources allocated.
