Company presents its offshore engineering portfolio and marine crane solutions to the global maritime industry
SHANGHAI, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) participated in SMM 2026 in Hamburg, which concluded recently at the Hamburg Messe und Congress in Germany. The event brought together more than 2,300 exhibitors from around the world and drew over 50,000 industry professionals.
At its booth, ZPMC showcased its capabilities in manufacturing offshore engineering equipment through illustrated display panels, on-site presentations and direct engagement with visitors. Company representatives held in-depth discussions with shipowners, design firms, classification societies and suppliers from around the world. A ZPMC expert was also invited to present at a heavy-lift vessel forum organized by China Classification Society, introducing the company's marine crane solutions and outlining its development plans for the heavy-lift vessel market.
First held in 1963, SMM is organized by Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH, with support from the German Shipbuilding and Ocean Industries Association (VSM) and the German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA), among others.
