Broadside Technologies launches digital generator for Capital Investment Information Sheets (VIBs)

The new VIB Generator enables companies to create regulatory documents in compliance with legal requirements, download them instantly as submission-ready PDFs, and thereby simplifies access to the capital market through a fully digital process.

Munich, October 31, 2025 – Broadside Technologies, a product of TOAD FOREST FZCO, introduces a digital generator for the creation of regulatory documents. The tool allows companies to create their Capital Investment Information Sheets (VIBs) online in full compliance with legal standards and download them immediately after entering their data. The generator replaces the previously manual and time-consuming process, offering an efficient solution to meet increasing regulatory demands.

With the launch of the Broadside VIB Generator, VIBs can be created entirely via an online platform. Revisions, which are often requested by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), are already included in the introductory price of €7,900. This provides companies with a predictable and fully digital alternative to traditional law firm services.

The generator translates complex legal requirements into an automated structure. Document creation takes place immediately after data entry, without waiting times or manual formatting.
