The Wweb Introduces New Retail Intelligence Tools to Help Multi-Unit Operators Optimize Growth and Performance

Los Angeles, CA, USA, October 12th, 2026, FinanceWire

Smart Process Solutions Inc., doing business as The Wweb, has announced the launch of two new browser-based tools, The Wweb Score and The Wweb Proforma Generator, expanding its retail intelligence platform for multi-unit operators across the United States. The tools join The Wweb’s existing customer intelligence platform.

Designed for brick-and-mortar businesses, The Wweb brings together data that typically remains separated across multiple business functions. The platform is built to help operators answer the most important questions about their business: Who is their customer? What are they buying? When do they shop? Where do they shop? Why do they buy?

Two New Tools Extend The Wweb’s Retail Intelligence Platform

The Wweb Score provides a brand-level sentiment score based on customer review history. Rather than simply displaying what customers have said, the tool converts reviews into a score that operators can track over time and compare against their competitors.

The Wweb Proforma Generator allows operators to create a site-level pro forma for a prospective location within minutes. The tool combines public data covering labor, utilities, taxes, and construction costs with operator-provided information such as tenant allowance and staffing requirements. The goal is to give development teams a faster way to evaluate prospective sites.

Both tools operate through a browser and require no integration with an operator’s existing systems.

Connecting Existing Data to Growth Decisions

The Wweb platform is organized around five questions that multi-unit operators use to evaluate their businesses: Who, What, When, Where, and Why.

The platform analyzes customer information from billing, membership, and point-of-sale records across locations to identify the customers carrying the business. It examines service-level revenue, margins, and package performance to show which offerings are earning their place. Visit frequency, dayparts, tenure, and renewal timing help operators understand when demand occurs.

For site selection, The Wweb evaluates prospective locations based on similarities to an operator’s strongest-performing units and the amount of unmet demand in the area. Its site-selection model evaluates member density, unit performance, and unmet demand across 238,154 U.S. block groups.

The platform then cross-references these findings to identify why performance is occurring and ranks recommended actions by estimated impact.

Built Around Transparency and Operator Experience

The Wweb was founded by Denyelle Bruno, who has more than 25 years of experience running multi-unit brands. Her career includes a founding role on the small team that created Apple Retail, along with executive positions at Pure Beauty, Peet’s Coffee, Drybar, Tender Greens and Pet Food Express. Bruno has been involved in more than 200 store openings and serves as an independent board member of American Veterinary Group.

“Most operators don’t have a system. They have systems,” said Denyelle Bruno, Founder and CEO of The Wweb. “The data they need is already sitting in tools they pay for. What has been missing is a practical way to connect it and work out what it means. We built The Wweb to do that, and we built it the way an operator would, with the CEO in mind.”

Available Now Across the United States

The Wweb is now available to multi-unit operators across the United States, with pricing based on the number of retail units. The Wweb Score and The Wweb Proforma Generator are available through the company’s official website.
