Düsseldorf, 5 November 2026. The Platform Group SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A40ZW88, WKN A40ZW8, “TPG”), a leading software company for platform solutions, reported a successful business performance in the first nine months of 2026. TPG generated gross merchandise volume (GMV) of EUR 1,076.9 million (9M 2025: EUR 902.1 million) and net revenue of EUR 622.7 million (9M 2025: EUR 531.6 million). Particularly noteworthy in this challenging market environment is the organic growth, which underlines the strength of the software-based platform model across 26 industries.

Growth was driven by an increase in connected partners to 17,873 (9M 2025: 15,931) and by growth in four of five segments. In addition, the number of employees was reduced as part of the new group organisation and the AI initiative. In line with the growth in GMV and net revenue, the number of active customers (LTM) rose year-on-year to more than 8.6 million (9M 2025: 6.7 million), with an average order value of EUR 129 (9M 2025: EUR 125). Adjusted EBITDA for the first nine months of 2026 increased to EUR 53.3 million (9M 2025: EUR 45.8 million), representing an increase of 16% compared with the prior-year period. Reported EBITDA amounted to EUR 57.5 million (9M 2025: EUR 59.4 million) and group net income reached EUR 44.4 million (9M 2025: EUR 41.7 million). This corresponds to earnings per share of EUR 1.69 (9M 2025: EUR 2.03).

Dr. Dominik Benner, CEO of The Platform Group SE & Co. KGaA: “In the third quarter, we met our growth target profitably and almost entirely organically. At the same time, our new group structure has enabled us to start reducing costs, headcount and debt. We will stay on this course in the fourth quarter and continue to capitalise on market opportunities. We confirm our guidance for 2026.”
