The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Hosts “An Evening with the Mayor: State of the City 2026”

Beverly Hills, California, USA, October 19th, 2026, FinanceWire

The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce brought together members of the local business community, residents, civic leaders, and guests on September 23rd for An Evening with the Mayor: State of the City 2026, an event honoring the future of Beverly Hills. Held at the historic Greystone Mansion and Gardens, the evening was an opportunity for members of the community to connect with City leadership in an informal setting while hearing directly from Beverly Hills Mayor Craig Corman. In conversation with NBC4’s Robert Kovacik, Mayor Corman discussed his vision for the city and highlighted fiscal responsibility, public safety, and new business development as the main priorities of his term.

The discussion provided a closer look at the issues affecting Beverly Hills businesses and residents, while creating dialogue between City leadership and the business community. Attendees had the opportunity to mingle, learn more about the Chamber’s work, and speak with the Mayor throughout the evening.

Founded in 1923, the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit, membership-based business organization serving as an economic advocate and voice for the business community in Beverly Hills. The Chamber supports local enterprises and promotes the local economy through targeted marketing, legislative advocacy, and educational programming. In addition to civic events such as An Evening with the Mayor, the Chamber hosts networking mixers, leadership workshops, and other programs that connect businesses and encourage engagement within the local community. Events that bring business leaders together with City officials provide an avenue for members to learn about civic priorities while contributing to conversations about the local business environment.

Selected as the perfect setting for An Evening with the Mayor, Greystone Mansion & Gardens is a 46,000-square-foot Tudor Revival estate surrounded by 18.3 acres of terraced public gardens. The historic property was purchased by the City of Beverly Hills in 1965 and opened to the public as a park in 1971. Its landscaped grounds and views were ideal for an event centered around the city’s future.

The Chamber expressed its appreciation to Mayor Corman, the Beverly Hills City Council, City staff, members, residents, and guests for their participation and partnership throughout the evening. The organization also recognizes the sponsors and partners whose support helped make the event possible. PLANT Construction Co. was the Presenting Sponsor, while Gold Sponsors included Cedars-Sinai, Western Alliance Bank, Driver 69 Corporation, IKE Smart City, Beverly Hills Courier, Gearys, and Atria Health. Silver Sponsors were Cain International and The Beverly Hilton, Modern Luxury, MP Los Angeles, U.S. Bank Beverly Hills Wilshire and Citizens Private Bank. Row Sponsors included LVMH, L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, East West Bank, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, Southern California Edison, Saks Fifth Avenue / 9600 Wilshire and Brickstar Capital. Additional support came from Event Sponsors Beyond the Booth, Crateful Catering, Casa dei Fiori and Bright Event Rentals, as well as Exhibitor Sponsors Beach Now, Air Gourmet and Park Elm Residences. Maison Perrier, Empress 1908 Gin and Lucky Girl also supported the evening as additional partners.

With City leadership and the local business community gathered in one of Beverly Hills’ most recognizable historic settings, An Evening with the Mayor: State of the City 2026 represented the Chamber’s role in connecting businesses with civic leadership. The event was an opportunity to discuss the city’s priorities, strengthen relationships within the business community, and look ahead to the opportunities and challenges facing Beverly Hills.
