Thales makes available its Universal Registration Document 2025

Thales (Euronext Paris: HO) announces the filing, on 2 April 2026, of its Universal Registration Document 2025 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This Universal Registration Document can be found on the company’s website at www.thalesgroup.com (“Investors” section).

The document includes, among others:

• the 2025 Annual Financial Report,
• the Board of Directors’ Report on Corporate Governance,
• the sustainability report,
• the Statutory Auditors’ reports,
• the information on fees paid to Statutory Auditors.
