At the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (“EACTS”) Annual Meeting in Barcelona, Spain, Chairman and CEO Dr. Sudhir Srivastava performed a robotic-assisted cardiac procedure remotely on a patient in Bengaluru, India, approximately 7,500 miles away. At the Society of Robotic Surgery India (“SRS India”) Conference in New Delhi, four surgeons completed four separate robotic-assisted telesurgeries involving kidney, colorectal, pediatric urological and gynecological procedures. The SSi MantrAsana console is designed to enable real-time remote surgery through ultra-low latency connectivity, high-definition visualization and precise instrument control. As of Oct. 23, 2026, a total of 205 telesurgeries, including complex cardiac procedures, had been performed using the SSi Mantra system.
