Silke Hensel, one of the most experienced brand and marketing leaders in the global fitness and lifestyle sector, has been appointed Global Chief Marketing Officer of Ultimate Performance, the premium personal training company. The appointment marks the next chapter in a career spent building and scaling some of the most recognizable names in the industry.

Hensel brings more than fifteen years of international marketing leadership across brand, performance, customer experience, and growth. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer of RSG Group North America, where she led brand and growth strategy for Gold's Gym and JOHN REED Fitness and cofounded the Los Angeles lifestyle concept HEIMAT. Earlier in her career she held senior roles at Grey (WPP) and at the Berlin headquarters of McFit, the founding brand of what later became RSG Group.

In her new role, Hensel will lead global brand strategy, marketing, and communications for Ultimate Performance, applying the approach that has defined her work throughout her career: building brands around consistency, experience, and long term trust rather than short term promotion.
