Sensorion Announces Confidential Submission of Draft Registration Statement to the SEC for Potential U.S. Initial Public Offering

Montpellier (France) and Cambridge, MA (United States); September 16, 2026, 7:30am CET – Sensorion (FR001401A9Z0 – ALSEN) (“the Company”) a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapies to restore hearing and treat and prevent hearing loss disorders, announced today that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

The confidential submission is a preliminary step in the Company's evaluation of a potential U.S. initial public offering of its ordinary shares, including in the form of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), and the listing of such ADSs on a U.S. national exchange, subject to market and other conditions.
