Schindler Holding Ltd.: Changes to the Group Executive Committee

As of January 1, 2027, Dr. André Becker will join Schindler as Chief Human Resources and become a member of the Group Executive Committee.

André Becker brings extensive international leadership experience in Human Resources, organizational transformation, and business leadership. In his last corporate role, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Board Member at Lidl and previously held broad and diverse leadership roles at BASF, including as CHRO.

As a consequence, the Group Executive Committee will be composed of the following members as of January 1, 2027: Paolo Compagna (CEO), Carla De Geyseleer (CFO and deputy CEO), Matteo Attrovio (CIO), André Becker (CHR), Danilo Calabrò (Europe South), Donato Carparelli (CTO), Nitin Chalke (Asia Pacific), Patrick Hess (Europe North), Vikén Martarian (Americas and Escalators), and Meinolf Pohle (China).
