Publication of AXA’s 2025 Universal Registration Document
AXA announces that it filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on March 19, 2026 and published it today. The 2025 Universal Registration Document includes the Annual Financial Report and the Corporate Governance Report.
The 2025 Universal Registration Document is available to the public (in French and English), free of charge and in accordance with applicable regulations. It can be found in ESEF (European Single Electronic Format) xHTML format on AXA’s website (www.axa.com) at the “Investor / Regulated information / Annual Financial Report” section, as well as on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org).
