Priceva Launches Out-of-Stock Analytics and Bulk Editing Tools for Retailers

VAUGHAN, ON, July 13th, 2026, FinanceWire

New dashboard features help e-commerce teams track competitor stock gaps and manage large product catalogs faster

Priceva, a price intelligence and dynamic repricing platform for e-commerce retailers and brands, today announced a set of dashboard updates designed to help merchandising and pricing teams monitor competitor stock availability and manage large product catalogs more efficiently. The updates are now live for all Priceva users and add new analytics, bulk-editing, and cleanup tools to the platform’s existing price tracking software.

The release introduces four new capabilities across the platform’s Links, Analysis, and Products sections.

The first addition tracks out-of-stock duration directly within the Links section. A new metric in the Availability column shows the number of days a tracked product has been unavailable, allowing retailers to identify long-term stock gaps at competitors, or in their own catalog, without opening individual product records. The feature is intended to help teams distinguish discontinued items from genuine, ongoing market opportunities.

The second addition, housed in the Analysis section, consolidates that data into a cross-reference table. Users can plot products against stores, with out-of-stock duration as the measured value, producing a single view of which retailers have the longest-standing availability gaps and which products are affected across multiple sellers. According to Priceva, the feature is aimed at brands and distributors that monitor assortment risk across several retail partners at once.

The third and fourth additions target catalog management inside the Products section. A redesigned bulk-editing panel, activated through a checkbox at the top of the product list, lets users apply changes to selected items, all items on the current page, or the entire catalog in a single action. Editable fields include pricing formulas, product category, brand, active status, and tags. A related update allows users to remove discontinued products from monitoring in bulk rather than one at a time.

“Retailers and brands using Priceva are managing catalogs with thousands of SKUs across dozens of competitor sites, and manual auditing does not scale at that size,” said Sergey Krupnov, Co-Founder of Priceva. “These updates were built directly from customer requests to cut down the time teams spend on repetitive catalog maintenance, so they can focus on pricing strategy instead.”

The company said the update reflects a broader push to give retail and brand customers faster access to actionable assortment data, following earlier additions to its repricing rules engine and MAP monitoring tools for brand compliance teams. Priceva’s platform is used by retailers, manufacturers, and distributors across multiple international markets to track competitor pricing, monitor minimum advertised price (MAP) compliance, and automate repricing strategies.
