Notice of exercise of early redemption option of the subordinated note ISIN : FR0010318386
CNP Assurances announces the early redemption of its €160,000,000 subordinated notes ISIN : FR0010318386, issued on the 16th of May 2006.
This instrument is a perpetual fixed-rate subordinated bond with a current outstanding principal amount of €160,000,000, for which early redemption will occur on 18th May 2026 with respect to all outstanding Notes, in accordance with the Condition 6(c) (Redemption for Regulatory Reasons), of the terms and conditions set out in the offering circular dated 12 May 2006.
As this instrument is no longer eligible as Tier 1 regulatory capital since 1 January 2026 (in accordance with Article 308b of the Solvency II Directive), this exercise will enable CNP Assurances to optimise its capital structure, taking into account its development prospects and the opportunities offered by the capital markets.
