Katjes Greenfood repays its 2022/2027 bond early on 30 November 2026

Düsseldorf, 29 October 2026 – Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG (“Katjes Greenfood”), the Katjes Group’s investment company focused on growth companies in the food industry’s ‘Better-for-You’ segment, has today called its 2022/2027 bond issued in November 2022 (WKN: A30V3F; ISIN: DE000A30V3F1) for early redemption on 30 November 2026, in compliance with the notice period, following the successful placement of its new 2026/2031 bond (WKN: A5GS6W; ISIN: NO0013759555). The call covers all outstanding bonds that were not tendered for exchange under the bond exchange offer, which ran from 23 September to 15 October 2026.

The outstanding bonds will be redeemed in full on 30 November 2026 at 101.00 per cent of the nominal amount, plus interest accrued up to 30 November 2026 (excluding).

Claims under the 5.00% 2021/2026 crowdfunding subordinated loan that were not exchanged under the crowdfunding exchange offer will be repaid as scheduled at the end of the term on 31 December 2026, plus the contractually agreed interest and the bonus interest.
