Lippstadt, 14 November 2025 – The Shareholders’ Committee of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (“FORVIA HELLA”) decided to replace Mr. Bernard Schäferbarthold as Chairman of the Management Board of FORVIA HELLA with Professor Peter Laier, a former board member of ZF Group, with effect from end of 15 February 2026.
