Sfpi Group is restructuring its governance and announces the departure of its Deputy Chief Executive

The Board of Directors of Sfpi Group, which met today, has taken note of Mr Damien CHAUVEINC’s decision to step down from his role as Deputy Chief Executive, with immediate effect.

Following this resignation, the Group will reorganise its executive governance to best support its strategic ambitions and the changes in its market environment.

Mr Damien CHAUVEINC will oversee the transition within Sfpi Group before stepping down from his role in the coming weeks.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Damien CHAUVEINC for his contribution to the development of Sfpi Group over recent years and wishes him every success in his future professional endeavours.

The appointment of a new Deputy Chief Executive Officer will take place during the summer. In the meantime, operational responsibilities will be assumed by the Chairman.

Sfpi Group confirms its financial and strategic objectives for the 2026 financial year.
