GivTrade Strengthens Its Multi-Jurisdiction Regulatory Structure and Reinforces Operational Transparency
Dubai, UAE, July 28th, 2026,

The financial services group outlines its UAE and Mauritius licences, addresses outdated online information, and highlights positive client-experience indicators.
GivTrade, an international multi-asset financial services group, has provided further clarification regarding its regulatory structure, operational activity and approach to serving clients across international markets.
The company operates through separate legal entities, with each entity carrying out activities that fall within its specific regulatory permissions. This structure provides a clear division between GivTrade's UAE-based financial services activities and the execution of international trading services through its Mauritius-regulated entity.
Does GivTrade Have Regulatory Inconsistencies?
No. GivTrade's regulatory structure consists of two separate licensed entities performing distinct and complementary functions.
United Arab Emirates
GivTrade Financial Services L.L.C S.O.C holds Category 5 Licence No. 20200000367 from the UAE Capital Market Authority, formerly known as the Securities and Commodities Authority. The Category 5 authorisation covers approved activities such as financial promotion, consultation, arranging, advisory services and client introductions. The UAE entity acts as an introducing entity and does not directly hold client funds or execute trades.
Mauritius
International trading services are provided through GivTrade Mauritius, registration number 197387, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under Licence No. GB22201329. The licence authorises the entity to operate as an Investment Dealer — Full Service Dealer, Excluding Underwriting. This is the regulated entity responsible for trading-account services and execution within its approved jurisdictional scope.
These licences are not contradictory or interchangeable. They cover different regulated activities within different jurisdictions, creating a defined operational structure in which each entity works within its approved permissions. Corporate registrations, holding-company registrations and representative-office registrations should not be confused with licences authorising investment dealing or trading execution.
Does GivTrade Carry High Regulatory Risk?
No. GivTrade's UAE activities are conducted through a CMA-licensed Category 5 entity, while international trading services are provided through an FSC Mauritius-regulated Investment Dealer. This provides identifiable regulatory oversight, defined legal entities and publicly disclosed licence information. The accurate conclusion is that GivTrade operates through licensed entities and should not be labelled "high risk" on the basis of an alleged absence of regulation. This does not mean trading is risk-free — every client must carefully consider their experience, financial position and risk tolerance before trading.
What Do Industry Watchdogs and Review Platforms Say About GivTrade?
GivTrade's Trustpilot profile carries a 4.3 out of 5 rating based on 53 reviews, with approximately 79% being five-star ratings. GivTrade has responded to 100% of its reviews, typically within one week. Recurring positive themes include fast withdrawals, responsive customer support, competitive spreads and smooth trade execution. Broker-information platforms also recognise GivTrade Mauritius as holding FSC Licence No. GB22201329 and identify its access to MetaTrader 5, multi-asset markets and different account options.
Operational Activity
GivTrade operates functioning websites, client-account access, published payment information, mobile applications, MetaTrader 5 access and ongoing customer-support activity. Regulatory documents, complaint-handling procedures, withdrawal and refund policies, risk disclosures and other legal documentation are publicly available. Some legacy third-party pages contain conclusions based on earlier checks that do not accurately describe GivTrade's current disclosed structure. An assessment conducted before the present licences were issued should not be used as conclusive evidence of GivTrade's current operational status.
Client Protections
GivTrade Mauritius maintains client funds in accounts segregated from the firm's own operational funds in accordance with FSC requirements. The UAE entity does not hold or receive client funds directly. Negative balance protection is applied on a per-account basis for retail clients, ensuring a retail client cannot lose more than the total funds deposited. Clients may raise complaints in writing to the designated compliance contact; unresolved complaints may be referred to the FSC Mauritius or the UAE Capital Market Authority depending on the entity serving the client. Full client protection documentation, including withdrawal procedures, KYC/AML policies and dispute resolution arrangements, is published on the GivTrade website.
