BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH publishes preliminary results for the first half of the year and revises ist earnings forecast for the 2026 financial year

Schwanewede, 27 August 2026 – The BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH ("Company") announces, based on provisional and unaudited figures, that it achieved revenues of EUR 83.3 million and reported EBITDA of EUR 6.3 million in the first half of the 2026 financial year.

Against the backdrop of ongoing negotiations regarding the restructuring of its liabilities, the Company has today decided to revise its earnings forecast for the 2026 financial year. The Company now expects reported EBITDA of between EUR 13.5 million and EUR 14.5 million (previously: a low single-digit percentage increase compared with the previous year (2025: EUR 16.3 million)). This adjustment to the forecast is due to the restructuring costs incurred in connection with the restructuring of the company’s liabilities and the implementation of the proceedings under the Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring Framework for Enterprises (“StaRUG”).

The company continues to expect that the EBITDA for the 2026 financial year, adjusted for the aforementioned restructuring costs, will remain within the scope of the original forecast. The company also confirms its previous revenue forecast for the 2026 financial year (a low single-digit percentage increase compared with the previous year (2025: EUR 161.7 million)).

The company will publish the final figures for the first half of the 2026 financial year on 31 August 2026.
