EMCD announces launch of EMCD Monitoring for ASIC devices management

Hong Kong, HK, October 1st, 2026, FinanceWire

EMCD, global crypto mining pool, announced the launch of EMCD Monitoring, a unified management center for ASIC devices. The tool was built directly around a request the market has been making for a while: give miners one place to see and control their entire operation, compatible with any pools, firmware and devices. In mining, uptime and equipment efficiency are the two factors that decide profitability, and the new platform is designed to give operators full control of both.

Built for everyone from private home-mining setups for 5+ machines to operators running large industrial data centers, EMCD Monitoring consolidates an operation's entire infrastructure into one interface. Rather than a simple dashboard of charts, it functions as an intelligent autopilot that takes full operational control of ASIC devices at any scale. Crucially, connecting to EMCD Monitoring does not require mining on the EMCD pool – miners can plug in their existing setup independently and use it, among other things, to audit and verify the performance of whichever pool they are already using.

For data centers and mining farms, speed of response is part of the service. Their clients expect their equipment to run without interruption, and a drop in SLA from a historical 98% uptime to 92% can be enough for customers to move their devices to another facility. EMCD Monitoring identifies problems the moment they occur and alerts the team, so fixes start as early as possible.

Heat is the second hidden cost. Overheating and cooling systems running at maximum during hot weather wear out hardware and lead to breakdowns; on average, a repair means 11–14 days of downtime plus about $300 for repair and delivery. EMCD Monitoring tracks chip temperatures and fan speeds, keeps device health and repair history, and shows a heat map so operators can see at a glance which cell needs intervention.

Key Features

  • Live monitoring and instant alerts — hashrate, device status, chip temperature and fan speed for the whole fleet on one screen, with an alert the moment a machine drops off or slows down, so a quiet failure doesn’t cost a day of rewards.
  • Visual maps and heat map — containers and racks are shown as maps (operators can draw their own), with a heat map that makes it obvious which cell needs attention first.
  • Pool diagnostics and bulk actions — when returns dip, see whether the device, the pool or the connection is to blame, then restart, reconfigure or reassign hundreds of devices in a single step.
  • Reports and history — every event is stored and can be turned into a report for yourself, your company or tax authorities. Energy reports are split by owner and site and are ready for invoicing.
  • Team access and client app — owners, administrators and technicians work in one system under their own roles, while data center clients get an app showing the full history of work done on their ASICs.

In a NearFuture will be Added:

  • Automation with AI — users will be able to set schedules that follow the price of electricity: switch devices off during an expensive morning tariff, run them harder at night, or bring load onto the grid gradually after a restart. Describe the task in plain words and the AI builds the scenario in a couple of minutes.
  • AI insights — the assistant will flag machines that keep failing and may be due for replacement, and follows the BTC rate to warn when devices stop paying off at the moment.
  • API and MCP — will be useful miners who run their own LLM and need more monitoring data than the interface shows.

To mark the launch, EMCD is offering new users a 50% discount on subscriptions for the first three months.

"Every couple of years the tech industry gets reinvented, and mining is next. What miners expect from their tools is changing: AI and agents are no longer just a source of information, they now do the work for you. We can answer these expectations only by building a proper ecosystem around the miner, with components that reflect how technology works today.," – said Michael Jerlis, CEO EMCD. – "EMCD Monitoring is one step in that direction, a new approach to running a mining operation, where the system watches the fleet, spots the problem and acts on it, and the miner focuses on the decisions that matter."

With EMCD Monitoring, mining operators can streamline management of their ASIC infrastructure, reduce operational risk, and improve overall mining efficiency starting today.
