The construction of the facility will be done by a consortium composed of Duchêne and Valens

(Belgian subsidiaries of Eiffage Construction), Collignon (Belgian subsidiary of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes), together with the architects SCAU, ETAU and EOLE, and the engineering consultants Sweco Belgium, RT Group and ATS.

Fexim (Belgian subsidiary of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes) will provide maintenance for the 25year contract duration, and Sodexo Belgium will provide catering, laundry and waste management services over the same period.

Handover of the complex is scheduled for 2029.
