PRESS RELEASE

Dirty Army Foundation Officially Launches as a Registered Nonprofit Entity

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, USA, July 15th, 2026, FinanceWire

Operation “Reunite”: A Global Movement Dedicated to Protecting Mothers, Defending Children, and Fighting Parental Alienation

The Dirty Army Foundation (DAF) proudly announces its official formation as a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, marking the beginning of a bold new mission to advocate for mothers facing domestic abuse, parental alienation, and family court injustice.

Founded by media entrepreneur and advocate Nik Richie, DAF was created to give a voice to those too often silenced by broken systems. The organization will focus on supporting mothers who have lost access to their children through legal battles, coercive abuse, and institutional failures, while working to protect the emotional and physical well-being of children caught in the middle. Reunification is the top priority.

The foundation’s mission is rooted in one belief: children need their mothers, and mothers deserve protection.

“Dirty Army Foundation was born out of necessity,” said Founder Nik Richie. “Too many mothers are suffering in silence, too many children are being weaponized in custody battles, and too many systems are failing the very people they are meant to protect. We are here to change that.”

Through direct advocacy, media exposure, educational resources, and financial support initiatives, the DAF aims to shine a light on cases of injustice while building a community-driven network of support for families in crisis.

The foundation will also produce investigative content, survivor stories, and public awareness campaigns through the Dirty Army Podcast and its digital media channels, giving victims and families a platform to share their truth and mobilize public support.

Initial areas of focus include:

  • Protecting mothers from domestic violence and coercive control
  • Raising awareness around parental alienation and family court corruption
  • Providing resources for legal assistance and emergency support
  • Advocating for policy reform to better protect children and parents
  • Building a national support network for affected families

The launch of the Dirty Army Foundation represents more than just the creation of a nonprofit. It signals the beginning of a global movement.

* Additional operations will be added to the 2026-27 fiscal year.
