Combined General Meeting, June 12, 2025

Ancenis, June 13, 2025 - The Manitou Group's Annual General Meeting was held on June 12, 2025 at the company's headquarters in Ancenis, under the chairmanship of Jacqueline Himsworth.

Voting shareholders represented 34 418 792 shares, or 89,940% of the shares entitled to vote (after deducting             1 400 184  treasury shares) out of the 39 668 399 shares comprising the share capital.

The Meeting approved the financial statements for fiscal year 2024, the distribution of a dividend of €1.25 per share to be paid on June 18th.

The resolutions submitted to the vote and recommended by the Board of Directors were adopted by the shareholders. The results of the votes for each resolution are available on the company's website www.manitou-group.com.
