PRESS RELEASE

BR Capital Opens Public Access to Proprietary Bitcoin Cycle Tracker

TBILISI, Georgia, October 8th, 2026, FinanceWire

Originally built for internal market analysis, the live research dashboard combines BR Capital’s multi-layered cycle metrics, on-chain valuation measures, and macro indicators

BR Capital has formally announced public access to its Bitcoin Cycle Tracker, a research dashboard developed under the direction of co-founder and Managing Partner Revaz (Rezo) Shmertz to keep Bitcoin's four-year cycle visible alongside other market inputs. Its public interface organizes selected parts of BR Capital's research so a reader can place the current market within a longer cycle record without mistaking one framework for the firm's complete research or investment process.

The interface of the Bitcoin Cycle Tracker is designed to be read in layers. Cycle position establishes where the current period sits relative to prior pre-halving, post-halving and drawdown phases. Historical views then show how earlier cycles differed in duration, magnitude and path. Current monitoring adds selected market indicators and macro context, while conditional scenarios make the assumptions and possible paths shown by the dashboard visible in one place.

At the cycle layer, the dashboard places elapsed time and drawdown beside comparable points from earlier Bitcoin cycles rather than treating a historical average as a deadline. Separate monitoring surfaces bring on-chain valuation measures, market flows, derivatives conditions and macro context into the same view, allowing the cycle comparison to be read against current conditions.

The interface is live, so phase labels, monitored values and scenario displays can change with the underlying data and published interface updates. A dated view describes what the Tracker showed at that time; it is not a permanent market call.

According to Revaz Shmertz, BR Capital originally built the Bitcoin Cycle Tracker with dozens of indicators and metrics years ago for its internal research. He notes that the firm sees no reason to keep the dashboard private when tracking four-year cycle lengths and phases is common practice across the market. Shmertz emphasizes that, while the firm does not make major trading decisions off the tracker, knowing where market positioning sits in the four-year cycle is always useful, and given high cross-market correlations, the dashboard incorporates macro data and a broader set of calls to contextualize those moves.

BR Capital's wider research, portfolio construction and investment activity are not represented by the public interface.
