HELIOS SOLAR AG today officially celebrated its successful listing on the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the traditional Bell Ringing Ceremony. The first price for the 30.4 million shares admitted to trading was determined at EUR 4.15, valuing the Company at EUR 126.2 million. Following the opening, the share price developed positively and traded steadily above the issue price of EUR 4.00 in early trading. The encouraging initial share price performance underscores investors' confidence in the Company's growth strategy and future prospects.

The Bell Ringing Ceremony was conducted by the members of the Management Board of HELIOS SOLAR AG together with representatives of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, marking the official commencement of the Company's stock exchange listing.

"Our listing in Frankfurt marks a significant milestone for HELIOS SOLAR AG. The successful market debut and the positive share price performance following the commencement of trading confirm the capital market's confidence in our business model and long-term strategy. We regard the IPO as the foundation for consistently executing our growth plans and further expanding sustainable energy projects, including throughout Europe in the future," said Ong Thuan Ming, CEO of HELIOS SOLAR AG.

About the Business Model of HELIOS SOLAR AG

HELIOS SOLAR AG is not a traditional solar project developer but rather an integrated technology and solar platform. Its business model is based on three strategic growth pillars: Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPAs), a large-scale solar park portfolio, and the digital StarPoints ecosystem.

Through long-term Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPAs), HELIOS supplies businesses with renewable electricity via the public power grid, providing a flexible alternative to conventional rooftop solar installations. At the same time, the Company develops utility-scale solar parks as a long-term generation base for supplying industrial customers and participating in regional energy trading.

This offering is complemented by the StarPoints ecosystem, which rewards sustainable behaviour while connecting customers, energy consumption and digital value-added services. Through this combination of renewable power generation, electricity marketing and digital platform solutions, HELIOS SOLAR AG positions itself as an integrated provider supporting the energy transition in Southeast Asia and beyond.
