Zeus North America Mining Corp. Adjusts Private Placement Pricing

Zeus North America Mining Corp. has announced a repricing of its proposed non-brokered private placement. The company aims to raise $2,000,000 by offering up to 20,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and half a common share purchase warrant. The warrants allow acquisition of additional shares at $0.15 each, within two years.

Funds from the placement will support exploration in Idaho and Nevada, including the Cuddy Mountain Project, and general working capital. Regulatory and exchange approval is required. All securities will have a resale restriction for four months and one day.

Additionally, Zeus plans a 2-to-1 share consolidation, pending regulatory approval. This move will approximately halve the outstanding shares, expected to be 43,726,249 post-consolidation. Further details on the consolidation date will follow.
