Zentra Group PLC Signs New Relationship Agreement with GKU Holdings

Zentra Group PLC, a Manchester-based residential developer and property manager, has entered into a new relationship agreement with its majority shareholder, GKU Holdings (UK) Limited. This agreement follows the company's announcement on 17 March 2026 and reflects a restructured shareholding arrangement. Despite this reorganization, there has been no change in the ultimate beneficial ownership.

This agreement supersedes a previous one with One Heritage Property Development Limited. It aims to maintain Zentra Group's operational independence while ensuring that all transactions with GKU Holdings are conducted at arm’s length and adhere to standard commercial terms.

Zentra Group is listed on the ARAM segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange and focuses on property development and management in Northern England.
