Zentra Group plc Announces AGM Notice Distribution

Zentra Group PLC (AQSE: ZNT) has informed shareholders of the distribution of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice. The Manchester-based residential developer will host the AGM on December 30, 2025, at 11:30am in London. The meeting will not cover the Company’s Annual Report and financial statements, which are set for publication later in December according to Aquis Growth Market regulations.

The finalized reports of the Directors, along with audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, will be available soon. A separate General Meeting will be scheduled to discuss these documents, the remuneration report, and the re-appointment of auditors.
