Zehnder Group Implements Divisional Structure

Zehnder Group, an international provider of climate solutions, announced an organizational overhaul effective October 2026. This strategic move will divide its European operations into two independent divisions: Residential Ventilation Europe and Radiators Europe. Each division will have full accountability for its results, aiming to optimize market potential and streamline decision processes.

The Group Executive Committee will be reduced from six to five members, including the CEO, CFO, and the presidents of the three major divisions: Residential Ventilation Europe, Radiators Europe, and North America. Silvia Witschi will join the committee, taking charge of Residential Ventilation Europe.

Expected one-off restructuring costs are projected at EUR 10 million for the 2026 fiscal year. Despite these costs, the company reaffirms its medium-term targets of 5% annual sales growth and an EBIT margin of 9-11% before one-off effects.
