ZEAL Network SE Reports 22% Revenue Growth and Market Diversification
Germany-based ZEAL Network SE has reported a 22% increase in revenue for the first nine months of 2026, totaling €198.8 million. This growth was primarily driven by the company's core business in state lotteries, as well as contributions from charity lotteries, games, and SevenCanyon, which was consolidated this year. Group EBITDA also rose by 9% to €58.7 million despite expenses related to M&A activities.
The diversification strategy has paid off, expanding revenue streams and reducing exposure to lottery jackpot cycles. According to CEO Dr Stefan Tweraser, the expansion includes new customer acquisitions and enhancing the company's charity lottery offerings, such as the Dream Car Raffle.
The lottery segment remains a key growth driver, reporting a 16% revenue increase, while the games segment achieved an 18% rise in sales. The acquisition of SevenCanyon further bolstered revenue, leading to a full-year guidance increase to €270–280 million.
