ZCCM-IH Delays Audited Financials Publication
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH) has announced a delay in publishing its audited financial statements. The delay has been attributed to difficulties in consolidating accounts following delayed audits of key investee companies. Due to this, ZCCM-IH was granted the authority by the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) and the Patents and Companies Registration Authority to extend the timeframe for publication.
Seeking compliance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ZCCM-IH applied for a voluntary and conditional suspension of its listing on the London Stock Exchange. The suspension from trading ZCCM-IH shares is effective as of May 1, 2025. Provisional unaudited financial statements will be released on or around May 6, 2025, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
ZCCM-IH is dedicated to completing the audit process and restoring its listing on the LSE once audited financials are finalized. The company extends its apologies for any inconvenience caused.
