ZCCM-IH Announces Final Dividend for 2025
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH) has declared a final dividend of ZMW 1.13 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. This decision was approved at the 22nd Annual General Meeting held on September 11, 2026, in Lusaka, Zambia.
The dividend is scheduled for payment to shareholders listed on the company's register by the close of business on October 9, 2026. The ex-dividend date is October 6, 2026, with payments expected by October 12, 2026.
Shareholders on international exchanges will see different schedules. On the London Stock Exchange, the register closes on October 8, with payments commencing on October 26, 2026. For Euronext Access Paris, payments are set to begin on October 12, 2026.
Shareholders are urged to update their bank details with Corpserve Transfer Agents Zambia to ensure prompt receipt of dividends.
