ZCCM-IH Announces Change in Directorate

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc, based in Zambia, has announced a change in its board of directors. Effective from February 23, 2026, Mr. Hector Sampa is appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Appointed by the majority shareholder, the Industrial Development Corporation, Mr. Sampa brings over 26 years of experience in public financial management. Currently, he serves as Director of Revenue Financial Management at Zambia's Ministry of Finance. His background includes reforms in revenue administration and public-private partnership negotiations.

Meanwhile, Ms. Masitala Mushinga has retired as Non-Executive Director. The Board expressed gratitude for her contributions and service. Mr. Sampa holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and is a Fellow of ZICA and ACCA.
