Züblin Immobilien Holding AG Holds Successful Annual General Meeting
Züblin Immobilien Holding AG held its 37th Annual General Meeting on July 1, 2026, in Zurich, with 89.1% of the share capital represented, amounting to 2,956,197 votes. All proposals by the Board of Directors were approved by attendees. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2025/26 Annual and Compensation Reports, the acknowledgment of auditor reports, and the decision to carry forward the retained loss.
