YPlasma Introduces Fanless Cooling Solution at COMPUTEX 2026
YPlasma has unveiled a groundbreaking fanless cooling solution for the NVIDIA Jetson at COMPUTEX 2026. The company's innovative dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma actuators offer a 200 micrometer cooling module, significantly thinner than traditional micro-fans. This debut takes place at Booth I0601, TaiNEX 1, from June 2 to 5. The cooling system aims to transform edge computing by supporting continuous 24/7 operations without the limitations of passive heatsinks or rotary fans.
The thin actuator fits into a 6 mm Z-height envelope, offering coverage for a power range of 7 to 25 W, and consumes less than 1 W of power. This aligns with increasing demands for cooling solutions in sectors like autonomous driving, telecom AI, drones, and robotics. YPlasma's advancement positions Jetson as a pivotal element in these industries. The product has already shown promising results in the InnoVEX 2026 Pitch Contest.
