YOC AG Releases Preliminary 2025 Financial Figures

YOC AG has disclosed its preliminary financial results for 2025, reporting revenues of EUR 37.1 million and an EBITDA of approximately EUR 2.4 million. This is a decrease from the previous year's EBITDA of EUR 5.2 million, although revenues slightly increased from EUR 35.0 million. The net income is expected to be around EUR -0.4 million, missing the company's initial projections significantly.

The performance was impacted by a stagnant digital advertising market and weaker business activity in the fourth quarter of 2025, leading to a lower gross margin. Initially, YOC AG had anticipated higher EBITDA and revenues, projecting figures between EUR 4.0 million and EUR 5.0 million and revenues between EUR 39.0 million and EUR 41.0 million, respectively.

The company plans to release audited financial statements for the year on April 28, 2026.
