Xryma Plc Announces Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Directors

Xryma Plc, a banktech firm based in Cyprus, announced the resignation of Mr. Christakis Taoushanis and Mr. Adonis Pegasiou as Independent Non-Executive Directors. Their resignations took effect on September 30, 2026. Mr. Taoushanis, who has served nearly a decade and chaired Xryma through significant milestones, resigned due to Central Bank of Cyprus policies. These policies deem directors with over 10 years of service non-independent.

Mr. Pegasiou, a board member since June 2022, stepped down due to time constraints from his role as Academic Director at EIMF. The increased complexity of the company's operations required more board involvement. Both directors were thanked by Mr. Nikogiannis Karantzis, CEO of Xryma Plc, for their contributions and leadership during their tenure.
