XCF Global Appoints New Board of Directors Following Business Combination

XCF Global, Inc., now publicly listed on Nasdaq, has appointed a new Board of Directors. This follows the completion of its business combination and public listing under the ticker symbol SAFX. The Board comprises experienced professionals from sectors such as energy, aviation, finance, and private equity, poised to guide XCF's growth in synthetic aviation fuel production.

The Board members include Mihir Dange, the Board Chair and CEO, alongside experienced figures like Anne Anderson from Shell and Sanford Cockrell from Deloitte. Their expertise in corporate governance and scaling businesses is expected to bolster XCF's strategic initiatives in the decarbonization of aviation.

XCF's strategic plan involves expanding the Board to nine members, contingent on compliance with Nasdaq's independence rules, highlighting their commitment to governance and industry leadership.
