UBS Group AG exceeds the 5% threshold of Worldline's capital

By letter received on June 12, 2025, UBS Group AG, a Swiss company, indirectly raised the threshold of 5% of Worldline's capital. On June 6, 2025, UBS held 14,675,641 shares, representing 5.18% of the capital and 4.48% of the voting rights of Worldline.
