Threshold crossings at WORLDLINE by BlackRock
New York-based BlackRock Inc. crossed the 5% stake threshold in WORLDLINE twice in October 2025. First, on October 9, it surpassed this threshold, reaching 5.01% of the capital, through 14,236,790 shares. This increase resulted from an increase in shares held as collateral.
On October 10, BlackRock fell back below the 5% threshold, with 13,936,618 shares, representing 4.91% of the capital. This new crossing resulted from a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral. The changes were reported to the AMF, without prior verification.
