The CDC crosses a threshold of participation in Worldline
On March 3, 2026, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) crossed the 10% threshold of voting rights in Worldline. This increase resulted from market acquisitions. The CDC now holds 20,706,821 shares, representing 7.29% of the share capital and 10.10% of the voting rights. These shares are held by the CDC itself, Bpifrance Participations, and CNP Assurances.
The CDC stated that this transaction is financed by equity. For the next six months, it is considering further share acquisitions or participating in a capital increase. The CDC does not intend to take control of Worldline or influence its current strategy. It has not entered into any governance agreements with other entities.
