Goldman Sachs crosses threshold at Worldline
Goldman Sachs International recently announced that it had fallen below the 10% ownership threshold in Worldline. As of December 17, 2025, it held 9.74% of the company's capital, representing 27,653,488 shares. This decrease resulted from an off-market sale of shares.
