Black Creek exceeds 5% of Worldline's capital

Canadian asset management company Black Creek Investment Management Inc. recently acquired shares in Worldline, crossing the threshold of 5% of the company's capital. This information, received by mail on October 2, 2025, indicates that the threshold was crossed on September 30, 2025. Black Creek now holds 14,239,254 Worldline shares, representing 5.01% of the capital and 4.33% of the voting rights.
