Barclays exceeds 5% of Worldline's capital

This acquisition was achieved through off-market purchases and the conversion of existing shares into shares.

The distribution of these shares includes Barclays Bank Plc, Barclays Capital Securities Limited and Barclays Capital Inc. Barclays also mentioned the possession of "right to recall" contracts and various financial derivatives without maturity or with future settlement, increasing its potential participation.
