Wolfden Resources Reveals Promising Drill Results at Rockland Gold Project
Wolfden Resources Corporation reported encouraging preliminary drilling outcomes from its Rockland Gold Project in Nevada. The drill program included three holes over 1,600 meters, targeting areas below prior mineralization. Notably, holes REP18 and REP22 provided key insights into the mineralized zone's orientation, suggesting a steep dip to the east.
REP22 showed a 100-meter mineralized interval resembling historical hole PG-32's results, indicating potential eastward extension. REP18, while lower in tenor compared to PG32, exhibited similar geological characteristics. The third hole, REP25, drilled near a structural corridor, showed promise despite not intersecting a high-grade feeder.
Assay re-analysis, particularly for gold and silver, is ongoing to ensure accurate data. Following final geochemical results, Wolfden plans additional exploration, having earned a 51% interest in the Rockland Project with potential to increase its stake.
